Dees hangout makes the best new orleans po boys. There are a lot of restaurants that pretend to make a po boy, but only dees gets their french bread from the same bakery that all new orleans pubs gets theirs. It is delivered to dees several times a week and baked at 80 percent. there is no po boy better on the beach.

The absolute best sandwich on the beach are the fried shrimp, or fried oyster poboys from Dirty Dick’s Crab House. They fry your shrimp or oyster, or combination of the two, per order, and the size is huge! Real french bread from New Orleans, not hogie bread! Big difference!
