I personally do not see Capt Andersons or Boars Head as really being "Fine Dining". Add: Fish out of Water at Waterstone. Even us locals need to be reminded of all the great things we have here. I just want to add one more to the mix..... The Terrace is a fabulous family owned Restaurant that has the most incredible soups,salads, and any thing else that you may want. It is an out of the way place that the locals especially on the west end love to go. It is family owned and operated and I ALWAYS send people there and they always thank me. It is very cozy, quaint and the food is fresh and fabulous. So if you have not checked it out already it is just west of Panama city beach over the little bridge heading to 30-A. I promise if you go you will always go back. Tell them Karen sent you..... and NO I do not own stock in it I just love to share the good stuff with others.
