		<description>Cebo:  Thanks for publishing these fishing reports.  I love fishing in the gulf off Panama City, but having to live in Louisville Ky. makes it really tough.  I was lucky enough to meet &quot;Uncle Dave&quot; Price, who lived in PCB and built custom rods.  He built one for me last year.  I did get to fish with him this past June, but he suddenly passed away in July.  Your reports give me a good idea of what&#039;s going on down south while I&#039;m shoveling snow.
